In keeping with our mission to promote multicultural awareness, La Casa has organized Fiesta Waukesha for nearly 30 years. This festival, which originally began as a one-day block party in front of the agency, has now grown into a three-day music and culture festival held in beautiful Frame Park on the banks of the Fox River in Waukesha. Annually, the festival draws over 20,000 festival goers from all over Wisconsin. This yearly fundraising event is free to the public and will once again offer a wide variety of Hispanic entertainment, Latin American cuisine, amusement rides, children's area, youth tent, raffle, arts/crafts marketplace and informational areas. La Casa would like to extend a big thank you to our 2010 Fiesta Waukesha underwriter, Waukesha State Bank, and these other generous sponsors: ClearChannel Outdoor, US Bank, Forest County Potawatomi Foundation, We Energies, Weigel, Carlson, Blau & Clemens S.C., The Waukesha Freeman, R&R Insurance, Gruber Law Offices, UPS, US Cellular, Stier Construction, and MG Multiservicios. La Casa would also like to thank the very talented musicians, dancers, and performers; nearly 300 volunteers; unique vendors; the City of Waukesha Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department; and the City of Waukesha Police Department who all contribute to Fiesta Waukesha's success.
