Volunteering at La Casa de Esperanza, Inc.
Thank you for your interest in helping La Casa de Esperanza, Inc.. La Casa de Esperanza was founded in 1966 by a group of dedicated church members hoping to make a positive change in the community. These volunteers focused their efforts on creating services for migrant workers who, due to the substandard housing, discrimination, and lack of bilingual education, had difficulties achieving success in society. Today, over 40 years later, we have become an established agency with six fundamental program areas designed to help our community, all thanks to the assistance, commitment and insight of volunteers!
La Casa de Esperanza welcomes individuals or corporations or other large groups that would like to volunteer their time to help our mission. Volunteers can choose to assist with a specific project or serve a weekly commitment. To get started, volunteers are asked to complete a Volunteer Application (for an individual) or Group Project Volunteer Interest Form (for groups) and return it to La Casa de Esperanza's Volunteer Resource Manager, Crystal Monsivais . You will then speak with our Volunteer Resource Manager to find the perfect placement that will match your interest and skills with a position that is beneficial and rewarding. We look forward to working with you and using your skills and knowledge to help individuals and families in Waukesha County !
