Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant –Full-time or Part-time (1st Shift)
BASIC FUNCTIONS: To provide support to all programs at La Casa de Esperanza, Inc.
REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer FLSA: Non-Exempt
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, filling, collecting payments, and having exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Request documentation from parents/guardians or educational institutions that includes records, immunization records, birth certificates, etc.
- Answering phone calls and transferring to correct department
- Collect billing payments and provide receipt to parents
- Filling
- Create student files that contain required documents
- Refer issues and concerns to the Director of Children Education Program when issues arise with students related to health
- Submit maintenance requests as needed
- Other duties as assigned by manager or CEO

- Preferred Bilingual – English/Spanish
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma, or GED with some college-level coursework in education or related field
