DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY  - Administration

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide technical support to Local Area Network and Wide Area Network, including DSL, switches and routers.
2. Provide technical support for office machines such as faxes, printers and copiers.
3. Provide ongoing and remedial user training to network users.
4. Set-up and provide technical support to all servers, including Application, Web, and Ema
5. Maintain the integrity and safety of all La Casa’s data.
6. Establish policies and procedures for computer security, use of computers, maintain activities and developmental standa
7. Maintain system backups and keep control of records.
8. Maintain license inventory.
9. Responsible for hardware troubleshooting, server and network mana
10. Communicate with and assist staff effectively.
11. On-going research and recommendations of new products with sensitivity to budget restrictions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelors Degree or Technical Degree or 5 plus years of technical experience.
2. Excellent oral and written communication as well as organizational skills.
